These planning sessions are created to help site directors and program providers plan their year with intentionality. We help create a clear vision that speaks to desired outcomes for the year; while identifying and exploring your program's key focus areas. This will allow us to collaborate and craft a plan to foster the important concepts for your program.

Management
We conduct a comprehensive program observation to evaluate the daily logistics of your program. Based on the results, we will help develop a strategic action plan to mitigate any vulnerabilities identified. In addition, we’ll perform periodic check-ins to maintain goal alignment and ensure objectives are being met.

Development
This package includes Program Planning and Management. In addition, we will create a curriculum or assist you with curriculum development and conduct/help to conduct Staff Training sessions as needed.
